The Medical Services Foundation will have Mark Mallia as its new CEO. This with effect from next month and after Carmen Ciantar gave her resignation and was welcomed by the Minister for Health and Active Aging Jo Etienne Abela.
While Minister Jo Etienne Abela thanked Carmen Ciantar for her vision and dedication at the helm of the FMS during the last seven and a half years, he congratulated Mark Mallia for his new role in – time to come.
Colonel Mark Mallia is a graduate of the University of Malta with a degree in Business Management. He comes from a distinguished career in the Armed Forces of Malta where he held several prominent positions of responsibility. He currently holds the position of Chief Executive of Identity where he led initiatives and carried out important changes.
