Opposition Leader Bernard Grech, reacting to the Budget, said it did little to help people and left them with little in their pockets.
He said it did not provide any long-term plans and did little to relieve cost of living.
He did admit that the Budget contained some good measures such as investment in the energy sector and increased financial help for the elderly.
