Deputy Prime Minister and Health Minister Chris Fearne welcomed the agreement and congratulated the workers and all those involved in the agreement. “Congratulations to the MUMN for recognizing that while advancing the interests of its member workers, it has made patient care a priority. That should always be the case. The government remains committed to improving the conditions of health workers as the service is further strengthened. ”
