A new football ground will be built at the Giovanni Curmi Higher Secondary School in Naxxar, which will complement the existing sports facilities in the cluster of schools in Naxxar, mainly, the Middle School at Maria Reġina College. and the Language Induction Hub, a € 11 million project.
“This is a massive project that we are undertaking to continue to improve the sports and recreational facilities of the schools. In the past few weeks we have announced projects in 20 schools and today we are launching this project which will greatly raise the level of sports facilities for this cluster of schools “, said Minister Justyne Caruana when this morning gave details about the project.
Minister Caruana went on to say that great work is underway on the educational infrastructure, through which we are seeing not only the construction of new schools and the beautification of others, but also the improvement of sports and recreational facilities in these schools. . “We are working to give priority to continuing to fight obesity in our children, and to do this students must have the adequate facilities”, continued Minister Caruana.
