Two women were injured in a collision involving two cars in Tarxien.
One driver suffered serious injuries, the other was slightly injured.
Members of the Civil Protection Unit were also called to the scene.
The accident happened in Triq San Anard in Tarxien at 2.15 on Sunday afternoon.
