\u00a0Two sites located in the area known as Bur ta\u2019 wara l-Andar, in the Bulebel Industrial Estate, within the limits of \u017bejtun which are under the responsibility of the Lands Authority, have been transferred on a temporary emphyteusis title for a period of fifty years to the Inspire Foundation.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This move <\/span><\/span><\/span>ensures long-term stability for this Non-Governmental Organisation, while allowing for further investment in its facilities and continued development.<\/span><\/span> The Inspire Foundation was established in 2008 following the merger of the Eden Foundation and Razzett tal-\u0126biberija.<\/span><\/span> It provides education, therapy and support services to persons with disability and their families, and has grown into a leading organisation promoting inclusion, independence and dignity in Maltese society.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Minister for Culture, Lands and Local Government Owen Bonnici said that this step is an important one to ensure a stable future for the Inspire Foundation, while continuing to strengthen its work in society.<\/span><\/span> He stressed that through this temporary emphyteusis of 50 years, the organization will be able to plan and invest in the long term, in order to continue to offer quality services and support the people and families who depend on it.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Inspire\u2019s CEO, Antonello Gauci, said that Inspire helps around 1,000 people each year, together with their families, through its various services.<\/span><\/span> These include specialized education, therapies and community programs that promote inclusion and personal development.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThrough this long-term stability, we can continue to plan for the future with greater confidence, strengthen our facilities and continue to offer quality services to reach more people in Maltese society,\u201d said Gauci.<\/span><\/span> The transfer was signed by the Chief Executive of the Lands Authority, Robert Vella, together with Inspire Chief Executive Antonello Gauci.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
