The GWU has expressed growing concerns regarding the continued delay in receiving the draft document that outlines the proposed terms of this compensation.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Section Secretary Riccarda Darmanin stated, \u201cThe exclusion of the GWU from this process is entirely unacceptable and must be addressed without further delay. The ongoing uncertainty and anxiety among employees, coupled with increasing speculation, is intolerable. If this exclusion continues, we will take all necessary measures to prevent the implementation of any agreement reached without our involvement and consent.\u201d<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Considering this ongoing lack of progress, the GWU has formally declared an industrial dispute.<\/div>\n<div>However, the union is committed to participating in constructive discussions and urges the bank to engage in timely, transparent, and meaningful dialogue to resolve this matter in the best interest of all parties involved.
