The span was fabricated by E&amp;L Enterprises at their Hal Far facility<br \/>\nand delivered to site in multiple sections. These were carefully assembled at a<br \/>\ntemporary staging area in Msida, chosen to mitigate space constraints and reduce<br \/>\ndisruption to traffic during assembly.<\/p>\n<p>Today&#8217;s operation will see the fully assembled span lifted from its current position<br \/>\nand transported a short distance to be installed in its final location.
