The Phoenicia Malta has launched the 2025 summer season with a vibrant new menu,
\nweekly live music and relaxed day-to-night dining for both hotel guests and locals at
\nBastion Pool, Bar & Restaurant.<\/p>\n
Making the most of the Maltese summertime, Bastion Pool, Bar & Restaurant sits at the edge of the hotel\u2019s seven-acre gardens, boasting a bar, dining area and an infinity pool
\nset against the backdrop of Valletta\u2019s bastion walls, with stunning views stretching out
\nto the harbour.<\/p>\n
Open daily, with extended hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays for the
\npopular Nights Under the Stars, Bastion Pool, Bar & Restaurant is now welcoming guests for another season of sunshine, flavour and understated luxury, with an extended
\nprogramme designed to elevate every moment.<\/p>\n
Throughout summer, Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7pm until 10pm will see the
\nreturn of the popular BBQ. This refined take on alfresco dining features Maltese
\nantipasto, live grilling and delectable desserts such as coconut and minted chocolate
\ndelice, an orange and cinnamon cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e or imqaret with vanilla ice cream.<\/p>\n
By day, Bastion Pool, Bar & Restaurant serves a full lunch menu, with a host of mouth-watering Mediterranean-inspired sushi and seafood platters, seasonal salads and

The weekly entertainment line-up between 7.30pm and 10pm also includes Jimmy
\nBartolo and Friends on Tuesdays, as well as Acoustic Evenings with Amelia every
