Four men and a woman, who form part of a drug trafficking network operating across Europe, were arrested yesterday over the importation and trafficking of drugs.
After weeks of investigation and surveillance, police surrounded an apartment block in Pietà, and arrested three men and the woman, where around 10 kilograms of cannabis, worth approximately €150,000, were seized. The other fourth man was arrested at a hotel in Gżira.
