A Lotto office worker was injured during a robbery in Burmarrad.
A masked man entered the office at around 6pm carrying a knife.
A woman working at the office was injured as she tried to prevent the man stealing cash.
The injured woman was treated at the scene before being taken to Mater Dei Hospital.
The is the second armed robbery from a lotto office in the space of a few hours. Earlier in the day a Lotto office on the B’Kara bypass was robbed.
