Social Housing Ministe Roderick Galdes today announced the renewal of the SensAbility scheme.
This scheme allocates no less than €6,000 to families of children or adults who are on the Autism spectrum, ADHD, or Down Syndrome among others, so that they can create a multisensory room in their own home.
“Over the past four years, 64 families have benefited from this scheme, with an investment of around €312,000. As a Government, we believe that everyone should have the tools they need to strengthen their abilities and achieve their aspirations. Today I announced the renewal of the SensAbility scheme. This scheme allocates no less than €6,000 to families of children or adults who are on the Autism spectrum, ADHD, or Down Syndrome among others, so that they can create a multi-sensory room in their own home”.
