This social accommodation project in Qrendi is part of Malta’s ongoing efforts to provide affordable housing solutions for families in need. With an investment of approximately €5.5 million, the development will consist of 28 apartments and 15 garages, ensuring residents have access to both living spaces and essential amenities.
