The European Commission has approved Malta’s Budget plan saying that Malta’s fiscal plan still met EU requirements although Malta has not phased out subsidies on energy.
Estonia, Germany, Finland, Luxembourg and Portugal are also considered to be not fully in line with its recommendations.
