Addressing the United Nations Security Council in New York, Prime Minister Robert Abela said, “our world would be plunged into even greater turmoil by the despicable attacks
of October 7th”.
In the twelve months since then, we have seen “continued loss of life and a humanitarian emergency on such a scale that it is all too easy to give up hope. All too easy to believe that nothing can be done. All too easy to turn the other cheek”.
