Opposition and Nationalist Party Leader Bernard Grech is to nominate Lorenzo Vella and Karl Gouder for Gieh ir-Repubblika.
Bernard Grech announced his proposal on Net Tv on Monday evening.
Lorenzo Vella, aged 43, the Head of EU Representation to Malta, died following a battle with illness.
Karl Gouder, aged 45, a former Nationalist MP, died days after announcing he would run for Secretary General of the party.
