KM Malta Airlines is excited to announce the launch of its new Plusgrade product, designed to enhance the travel experience for its customers. Available on all KM Malta
Airlines operated flights (excluding Catania), Plusgrade’s Upgrade solution offers Economy Class ticket holders the opportunity to upgrade to Business Class, where they can enjoy maximum comfort, gourmet meals, and priority airport services.
Customers on eligible flights can place a bid for an upgrade from the time of booking until 24 hours before departure. To participate, passengers simply visit the upgrading to Business Class section on the KM Malta Airlines website after booking their initial economy flight. They can then select their bid amount for each flight segment they wish to upgrade.
Once a bid is submitted, customers will receive an email confirmation. If the bid is successful, the indicated credit card will be charged, and a new e-ticket reflecting the upgraded and confirmed Business Class status will be issued. If the bid is not accepted, the original ticket remains valid, with no additional charges.
