Transport Malta would like to inform all persons and entities concerned that it shall, with effect from 22nd August, 2024, initiate a process by virtue of which all trailers and/or other objects and/or vehicles which are parked illegally and/or abandoned at the Corradino Industrial Estate and Ras Ħanżir Hill in the area indicated in the site plan shown on this Notice shall be definitively removed and disposed of at an end-of-life treatment facility, and this without the possibility of any recourse to the owners thereof.
It is therefore in the interests of the owners of the said trailers, objects and/or vehicles to remove them from the said site with immediate effect and to refrain from parking and/or placing them in any other place on the road in violation of law.
Transport Malta hereby informs, all persons and entities concerned as well as the general public that, without any further notice, it shall proceed to the removal of the said trailers, objects and/or vehicles andthe definitive disposal thereof whilst reserving the right to take any further actions against all such persons who have parked and/or placed the said trailers, objects and/or vehicles on a public road in
breach of law.
