Strike at Malpensa leads to cancellation of Air Malta flights of Sunday, 17th Decembe

Air Malta regrets to announce the cancellation of flights KM630 and KM631
between Malta and Milan Malpensa on Sunday, 17th December 2023, due to an
Airport Services strike in Italy affecting Milan Malpensa.

Passengers booked on these flights are being re-accommodated on alternative
flights to ensure they reach their destination on the same day.

Air Malta has transferred affected passengers onto flights operating between
Malta and Milan Linate. KM624 from Malta to Milan Linate is scheduled to depart
at 12:25 hrs, while KM625 is scheduled to depart from Milan Linate at 15:15 hrs
but passengers are informed that there may well be delays as a result of the
disruption.

In addition to the revised itinerary, Air Malta understands that some passengers
may prefer to re-book their travel on an alternative flight. Passengers are advised
to contact the Air Malta Customer Service Centre at 00356 21662211 for
alternative flight options.

The Customer Service Centre is available from Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 20:00 CET, and on Saturday and Sunday, 08:00 – 18:00 CET.

Passengers who wish to receive a full ticket refund are kindly requested to send
and email to refundrequest@airmalta.com. Passengers who have booked their
flights through a travel agent are advised to contact their respective agent, who
can submit a refund request on their behalf.

Air Malta regrets any inconvenience caused which is completely beyond the
airline’s control.
