Premier leaders Hamrun were held to a goal-less draw by second placed Birkirkara.
The draw ends Hamrun’s winning run of six games and leaves them still two points above B’Kara.
It does however mean that the chasing Gudja and Gzira, who are both on 14 points, can close the gap if they win their next matches. A win would mean they go level on 17 points with B’Kara and would be just two points adrift of leaders Hamrun.
