Jose Mourinho will take over as manager of Serie A club Roma from next season.
Sacked after 17 months in charge of Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur, Mourinho said “The incredible passion of the Roma fans convinced me to accept the job and I cannot wait to start next season.”
Roma last won the Serie A since 2000-01 when Fabio Capello was in charge.
