A motorbike rider and a female pillion passenger were seriously injured following a collision with a car in Triq Bir id-Deheb in Zejtun.
The rider, an Italian male aged 25 who lives in San Gwann and his passenger, a 23-year-old woman from Gharghur, were taken to Mater Dei Hospital.
The accident happened at around 6 o’clock on Sunday evening in Zejtun.
