A 27-year-old French man was hit by a car being driven by a 47-year-old Italian man living in Żebbuġ. The injured man was taken to Mater Dei Hospital where his condition was described as serious. The accident happened in St Paul's Street in St Paul's Bay at around 6.30pm on Saturday evening.
