Virtual tour of St. Paul’s Cathedral in Valletta has been launched

The virtual tour project at St. Paul’s Cathedral in Valletta has been officially inaugurated. This project, assisted by the Malta Tourism Authority, was created during the COVID-19 pandemic with the view that the cathedral would still open its doors to Maltese and tourists, but as a virtual tour.

This was announced by the Minister for Tourism and Consumer Protection Julia Farrugia Portelli during a visit to this cathedral. Minister Farrugia Portelli explained how this cathedral is another iconic building in the Capital City that is visited every year by around 30,000 tourists. She mentioned how with this investment in collaboration with the Malta Tourism Authority, a unique and free experience will be created for both Maltese and tourists.
