Two men were charged with the murder of Saviour Gaffarena, aged 27, who was found dead with a gunshot wound to the head in triq il-Konvoj ta’ Santa Marija, Mqabba at around 11:30pm on Wednesday.
Leon Debono and Owen Schembri, aged 19 and 18,were brought before Magistrate Ian Farrugia on Friday evening.
Both pleaded not guilty.
