The Mediterranean Forum 2016 will be held in Malta between 23 and 26 October as part of the preparations for the 2017 European Council Presidency.
The MEDFORUM2016 will be bring together 600 delegates from different European foundations and agencies including youth organizations.
It will be the third such forum, the others being Marseille in 2010 and Barcelona in 2013 respectively.
