Vladamir Putin seems to be willing to accept the 30-day cease fire proposed by the US but he stressed that there are “nuances” to what he would agree to.
He questioned whether Ukraine would be able to get military supplies during a cease fire and would not be able to mobilize troops or get training.
“So during these 30 days will … mobilisation continue in Ukraine? Will weapons be supplied there? Are these 30 days needed for the newly mobilised units to be trained? Or will none of that happen,” Putin listed what seemed to be the remaining unanswered questions.
Putin asked if Ukraine troops would retreat from the Kursk region?
