A 41-year-old man from Birzebbuga was seriously injured after losing control of his motorbike and crashing in Marsa, police said.
The accident happened on the Marsa-Hamrun bypass at around 3am on Saturday morning.
The injured man was taken to Mater Dei Hospital.
